You can eat any fruit you want in the amount you want, except for bananas. Your best option are the fruits that contain a lot of water.
Eat fresh, canned, or cooked vegetables.
You should avoid beans, lentils, and other legumes.
Try to eat dark, leafy greens. You can use spices, but you shouldn’t use oil.
Eat fruits and veggies in any amount you like. You can also make a vegetable soup and eat it in unlimited amounts.
You can eat up to three bananas this day and have a glass of non-fat milk. You can consume the vegetable soup in unlimited amounts.
You can consume the soup as much as you want, and you can have 200g roasted beef with tomato salad for lunch.
Again, consume the soup as much as you want and eat 400g of roasted beef with a bowl of mixed veggies for lunch.
Consume the soup as much as you want and eat 400g of cooked rice with a bowl of mixed veggies for lunch.
If you want to repeat the diet, you should take a break for one week and then do it again.
